Stock
Our website is updated on a regular basis. It shows all the items that
we have in stock, or can usualy obtain within a few days. If you order
an item which we then find we cannot get within a few days we will
contact
you to offer a substitute, or you may choose a refund. If we know
an item is temporarily unavailable, the web site will indicate this.
Any
item
which will be
unavailable
for
an
extended period will be removed from the web site.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order
value is £9.99. If you need to order additional items for a party or wedding that
you have ordered for previously, the minimum order value does not apply. You
will
need to contact us for instructions before you make the additional order, if
it
is
less
than £9.99.
Delivery Method
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, ParcelForce or courier
depending on size of order. The courier we use (City Link) require
a signature upon delivery, so please give a delivery address where
your order can be recieved and signed for. Please indicate on the order
form if you have any specific delivery requirements, eg day of the
week, or if there is a neighbour who can take the parcel if you are
out.
Delivery Times
We aim to have orders to you within 7 days from receipt of your order,
during busy times this may take a little longer. We give priority
to orders based on party or wedding date. If you
choose to pay by cheque, we aim to despatch within 7 days from receipt
of your
cheque.
Please
ensure
you
order
in good
time
for your party. If you are in a rush, contact us and we will endeavour
to help.
Damaged Goods or Lost Goods
In the unfortunate event of receiving goods damaged in transit or if you
have not received your order within 14 working days of ordering, please
contact us using one of the methods above. We will dispatch replacement
goods and contact the courier for a claim. Please hold on to items as
you may be requested by the courier to produce them as evidence.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
If when you receive your order the purchases aren't exactly as you expected
then you should contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of the
unopened items for a full refund. Unfortunately, this does not apply to
Personalised Bags which can only be returned if faulty.
Recycling
When possible we try to use recycled or environmently friendly materials,
both in the bags themselves and the packaging we use to deliver them.
For example we source our boxes from a local company who would otherwise
throw them out.
Product Guarantee
We offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.
Please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way. This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
Credit Card Details
We only accept credit or debit card details via our secure on-line ordering
system on this website. The actual credit card details and payment is
processed for us by WorldPay.
We can not view your credit card details and therefore can not make any
additional charges at a later date.
Data Protection
We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check
your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or
inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, hire, give away or use ourselves any of your personal
details entered on this site or via ordering they are only used to get
your order to you. The only exception is if you explicitly sign up for
our mailing list, in which case you will be sent an email to confirm that
you wish to subscribe.
