The third birthday for our eldest boy was fast approaching and we decided to do a joint party with 2 of his friends. When all the mums sat down to decide on the arrangements, it soon became clear that there was a lot of work involved in gathering all the bits for the party bags. Also, we couldn't decide what theme to choose for the bags.

It was decided that I would make some bags to our own design and the gathering of the fillings was split between the other 2 mums.

The reaction of the many mums at the party was quite amazing - many thought we had bought the bags from somewhere. When they realised they were hand made the suggestion of a little cottage industry came from all quarters.

So, here we are - Molly Monkey, the result of doing something special for our little ones!
